It is an aided college affiliated to GujaratUniversity, Ahmedabad, in the state of Gujarat. The college is run by Mahipatram Rupram Ashram Trust, a body registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 and is represented by a Board of 11 Trustees.
